FAQ

I am a student who struggled with the transition to online learning, and I am worried about my grade.  What are my options?

In addition to extending the last day to withdraw to May 1, we have also extended the last day to make a class pass/fail to May 1.  Please contact your advisor for information about either of those options.  If you need more time to finish your coursework, you can petition for an Incomplete by contacting your instructor who may be willing to grant you additional time to complete coursework if appropriate in your situation.

I am a current student, what are my options if my course has gone online and I cannot or do not want to continue the course in the online format?

Students have the option to withdraw from a course. Please contact the Retention Coordinator at your college to start the process to withdraw. The last date to withdraw has been extended to May 1, 2020. Please be sure to contact financial aid to see if this will impact your financial aid before withdrawing.
