TimelyCare is a virtual health and well-being platform for IECC students, faculty, and staff. The service is free and provides 24 hours a day/7 days a week access. Click on the logo above to access or download the TimelyCare app on your smartphone. Once you register with your school email address, you can then start visits from any web-enhanced device. Services available include:

TalkNow - 24/7, on-demand emotional support.

Scheduled Counseling - Select the day, time, and mental health provider of your choice. (6 visits per year)

Basic Needs Support - Get connected to low or reduced-cost community resources.

Self-Care Content - Yoga and meditation sessions and group conversations with our providers on a variety of health and well-being topics.
Additionally, TimelyCare offers Faculty Support — a service for faculty and staff that is designed to equip you with information to help students who may be struggling. It’s available 24/7/365 for free so you can get the guidance on how to support a student in need of care. Access Faculty Support by calling 833-4-TIMELY, ext. 2.
IECC Employees who participate in one of our BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois Medical Insurance plans can take advantage of MDLIVE. Whether you’re at home or traveling, access to an independently contracted board-certified doctor is available 24/7. You can speak to a doctor immediately or schedule an appointment based on your availability. Virtual visits can also be a better alternative than going to the emergency room or urgent care center.
